Matjiesvlei Guest Farm

Die Dam River camp is part of the Matjiesvlei Guest Farm and situated on the banks of the Gamka River at the foothills of the Swartberg Mountains between Calitzdorp and Ladismith. The shady 4×4 bush camp has 6 sites equipped with modern ablution blocks, flush toilets and hot waters. There are also self-catering cottages available. Activities that can be enjoyed in this area are birding, horse riding, 4×4-ing, mountain biking, hiking, tractor tours, kayaking, fishing, swimming in the dam, wine tasting and more.
