Onderhoek Farm

Onderhoek is a beautiful working wine farm situated just 3km outside Vredendal on the R363. Vredendal is possibly best known for its famous wines and situated in the beautiful Olifants River valley.

The accommodation offers a campsite for 20 people, and one self-catering unit sleeping two guests. The grassy campsites are shaded with large trees and have electrical points. There are two clean ablution facilities with showers available.

Vredendal it is ideally situated for exploring the wild flowers in Spring, Namaqualand, the rugged Cape West Coast and the sandstone Matzikama Mountains. It includes the large vineyards of Namaqua Wines and a number of petite boutique cellars, all of which produce some reward winning wines.
