Aird Country House

Aird Farm is a well-kept secret in the heart of the Midlands just some 45 minutes from Pietermaritzburg.

There are four level, grassed and electrified caravan stands set in a magnificent park with ample space for additional caravans and tents on grassed sites but with limited access to electricity. The facilities are cleaned regularly and there is a scullery area is provided for washing your dirty dishes.

There are also two rustic cottages fitted with everything you will need for a self-catering stay in the country. Guests have an option of two self-catering cottages, of which one sleeps four and the other sleeps six. With comfortable lounges and well-equipped kitchens you will be comfortable in these rustic cottages. Both cottages have verandas that have a wonderful view over the dam.

Aird Country House also offers breakfast included in the room rates (guests can choose B&B or self-catering accommodation), jacuzzi, dam, bar, swimming pool, TV room and laundry service. Pets are welcome at Aird Country House.

The farm boasts an animal farm and pony rides for the children as well as horse rides for the adults. A swimming pool offers the perfect escape from the summer sun. Guests can relax in the bar or around the fire pit enjoying a bonfire or a braai.
