Breede Escape

Breede Escape is a working farm centrally situated in the Breede River Valley with the country towns Bonnievale, Swellendam, Robertson and Montagu closeby. The area offers lovely scenic drives and many activities to enjoy.

Breede Escape is a special place where you and your friends, family or colleagues can get together and forget about city life. Or just take some time out to appreciate life again and spend time with your special people in a relaxed safe environment. Bring the dogs along and leave the stress behind.

The two River Camps within walking distance from one another offers the choice between hutting or camping. Each River Camp has its own private facilities and space, only sharing the trampoline and volleyball court.

Being private Camps you will have exclusive use of the HutCamp or the Campground even if it is just you and your dog. You will not share either of the Camps with another group. Both River Camps are right on the bank of the Breede River. The HutCAMP with free standing huts each with a double bed, two single beds, a toilet and hand basin inside.

The thatched lapa kitchen area with indoor braai at each River Camp is for the exclusive use of you and your group. Wooden jetty on the river for easier access to the river. Wood and ice can be ordered and paid before arrival and delivered to the Camp before you come.
