Butterfly Creek Bush Camp

Butterfly Creek Bush Camp is situated along the banks of the Beneke River in Friemersheim. There are 6 campsites available with electrical points that are also connected to an inverter – so no loadshedding issues.

On each side of the ablutions are two private showers, two toilets and two basins. There are two basins on the outside of the ablution facility where dishes can be washed. Hot water is always available. However, do note that the ablution facilities are about 300m from the campsite.

There is a tap on the campsite that provides drinking municipal water and solar lights which light up the campsites and road to the ablution facility. Boma and braai facilities are available and packets of braai wood can also be bought upon request from the owners.

There is no cell phone signal at the campsite, however, campers are welcome to use the owner’s WiFi when necessary.
