Campsite Overview
Dwarsberg Trout Haven is nestled in the crook of the Breede Valley. It has plenty of stunning accommodation options, as well as a wedding venue but you would need to book far in advance as this beautiful spot is very popular and it’s easy to see why. The lush grassy campsites are surrounded by natural vegetation and gorgeous mountain views. Although the river isn’t consistently deep, it’s full enough for you to float in and cool off in the scorching hot summer months. There are 11 different sites accommodating between 15 – 20 people, and are equipped with their own braai place, ablutions and lapa.
