Glensheiling Caravan Park

Glensheiling is a unique Caravan Park set in the heart of the Notorious Meander, a mere 3km South of Nottingham Road Village and only 1.5hrs drive from Durban.

Camping consists of 24 large spacious sites for tents, caravans and motorhomes. All campsites have electricity points available. Also on offer are self-catering caravans and the ablutions are immaculate with hot and cold water. Washing-up facilities are also available for your convenience.

Braai facilities are on some of the sites, and communal braai areas are situated at the boma near the dam. For the keen fly fisherman – they have a well-stocked bass dam. There are boats and a raft on the dam where swimming is an absolute must!!

Kids have a ball on the trampoline, jungle gym, adventurous zipline slide, even building forts in our pine forest. Beat Dad at a game of pool, table tennis or croquet, while Mum catches up on her tan on our new “Deck on the Dam”. They also have an outside chess board and pony rides.

This resort boasts peace, quiet and tranquility. There are beautiful walks through the indigenous bush and forests with breathtaking views and abundant bird life. The nocturnal animals are abundant in the natural surrounding bush – buck, bush-pig, porcupine and once a leopard was spotted!
