Campsite Overview
Khomeesdrift is situated on a working farm on the banks of the Riviersonderend River. It doesn’t have an on-site shop, but you can buy wood from the farm, alternatively the site is just a is few kilometers away from the Riviersonderend town itself if you need more supplies. It is somewhat rustic but charming with its grassy and shaded sites, as well as clean well established ablutions. The river portion is short however, being a small campsite there is plenty of space for all to enjoy many water activities.

Lovely Setting
The campsite is situated at the foot of the Riviersonderend Mountains, has shaded sites and sunny grass sites. Lovely little river for fishing, swimming and kayaking.
When I was there years ago, only some of the sites had power and the ablutions were a bit basic. Not sure what the current situation is.
