Klein Tafelberg Training & Adventure Centre

Klein Tafelberg is situated in the Sandveld about 2 hours from Cape Town, between the towns of Redelinghuys and Aurora. This campsite is what is what off-road lifestyle is all about, voted South Africa’s Top 10 4X4 trail, our commitment is to ensure your safety and comfort and the best time you will ever have in your 4X4. Other activities include hiking, bird-watching, caves and more.

Klein Tafelberg has 33 campsites each with their own electricity and water point. There are also 3 rugged mountain view campsites up on the mountain with amazing views. These sites are for the very serious campers that like a challenging drive to the top of the mountain with all your camping equipment which includes water, toilets, and food. Nothing is provided for you and what you take up, you need to take down with you.

There are also self-catering chalets available if you don’t feel like camping or want to skip the offloading and cleaning of camping kit.
