Matroosberg Private Nature Reserve

The Matroosberg Private Nature Reserve is situated on the Erfdeel Farm, which is a fully working farm, with interesting farm tours. The reserve is not short on accommodation with a choice of self-catering huts or houses, YCMB versatile accommodation or private campsites. These secluded campsites are situated in an old pine forest, with lots of shade and grass. There is one bathroom, no electricity, a braai drum is available for use but you will need to bring own grid.

Activities in the area include mountain biking, hiking, abseiling, quad biking, playing in the snow, 4×4-ing, kloofing, birding and fishing. Facilities also include a wedding venue, team building and film shoots.
