New Beginnings

New Beginnings is located just 20km outside of Montagu, in an undiscovered area called Pietersfontein. Pietersfontein is a small, secure and very friendly farming community, and is ideal for a peaceful getaway. This small lifestyle farm offers self-catering accommodation and camping.

The campsite is an open-ground area where you to set up camp and consists of an ablution with a composting toilet, 2 inside showers and an outside shower. There are 2 flushing toilets. There is also a hot tub for campers to use.

Self-catering accommodation is offered in a charming 4-sleeper cottage, the New Beginnings Cottage that comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private patio with braai facilities and a plunge pool for the exclusive use of the cottage.

There is no cell reception in Pietersfontein, but WiFi calls can be made as well as Voip lines available in the main house.

There are many wonderful mountain walks, trail runs and mountain biking tracks to be discovered. Catch-and-release fishing can be enjoyed in the farm dam.
