Ocean View Campsite

Ocean View Campsite, situated along the Woody Cape coast in the Eastern Cape, offers a picturesque natural setting with stunning dunes with the ocean just a stone’s throw away. This secluded and private campsite is nestled within the indigenous coastal bush, along the Sunshine Coast, and borders the marine reserve of Addo Elephant National Park.

Each campsite is thoughtfully designed with grassy, terraced areas, shaded spots, and power points. For your convenience, each site includes a picnic table, a power point, a toilet, a shower with hot water (heated with paraffin), and a braai area. While the campsite provides clean and pure water from a borehole, you may choose to bring your own drinking water.

Since the campsite is located on a working dairy farm, visitors should be prepared to coexist with livestock and farming activities. Muddy roads, farm gates, and cow manure are all part of the authentic farm experience. A timber boardwalk eases the descent down the dunes and onto the beach, where guests can enjoy kilometers of unspoiled, deserted beaches.

Activities at the campsite and in the surrounding area include swimming, surf fishing, extensive beach hiking, and mountain biking on gravel roads.
