River Edge

This romantic farm is located at the bottom of Bainskloof, boasting 6 lovely cottages and 2 private group campsites: Camp Chloe and Camp Megan. Each provides two ablution blocks and four sites for caravans/camper-trailers.

The campsite is on the river and fenced so pets are welcome. The whole campsite is yours, whether you are 2 or 20 people – no other people sharing bathrooms or the camp area, only you and your friends. There is a hot, wood-fired splash pool at each campsite as well as WIFI. The kitchen areas have a small fridge and covered braai.

There is lots to do in the surrounding area, but this is the kind of place where you can just slow down and waste the hours. That said, Bergsig winery and Monks gin distillery are right next door! The local farm stall bakes fresh goods, makes coffee, and can cater for your basic needs.
