The Palms at Voetplaat Park

The Palms is a beautiful seaside holiday resort in Sunwich Port where picture-perfect family holidays are made. It offers direct access to the beach from its 52-stand tent and caravan park, chalets and cabanas.

Accommodation includes self-catering chalets, cabanas and a variety of regular and luxury campsites. The campsites are divided between 20 regular stands where there is a communal ablution block, 24 luxury stands with a private braai area, a private bathroom and a washing and serving area and 8 super luxury stands consisting of a private braai area, a private washing and serving area and a private bathroom with even more privacy.

At the resort is a large playground for children, a volleyball court, a swimming pool, a putt-putt course and a games room.

There are two laundry facilities, one situated close to the caravan park and chalets and one near the cabanas.

The tidal pool on the beach is ideal for kids that are too young to brave the wild waves, but adrenaline junkies can look forward to some surfing, diving and fishing.

The Palms hosts one of the best surfing and rock fishing spots on the South Coast.
