Wavecrest Resort

Wavecrest Seaside Resort is a family-friendly caravan and camping resort along a beautiful stretch of beachfront in Illovo Beach.

This caravan park is the hidden treasure for caravanners and campers, with manicured lawns and gardens in a delightfully peaceful setting, away from the crowds and enclosed with high-voltage electric security fencing and controlled access. All the caravan and camping sites have electrical points and direct access from the main driveway. The modern family bathrooms are ultra clean and convenient, with full laundry and dishwashing services, as well as diskette-operated laundry facilities.

The communal “braai” and entertainment area complement the modern amenities, which include a swimming and paddling pool – play park, covered entertainment and games room, as well as a tuck shop.

There is also safe, direct access to a shark-net protected bathing beach, where Lifeguards are on duty during peak seasons and weekends. Two river mouths and rocky outcrops are within walking distance and make for perfect fishing conditions.
