Xaxaza Caravan Park is situated only 4km from the white sandy beaches of Mtunzini and the beautiful Mtunzini River mouth. Here you can suntan on golden beaches, laze around a sparkling swimming pool whilst the kids have a ball. On offer are numerous shady and grassed campsites, as well as beautifully equipped and very comfortable self-catering log cabins. For a charming alternative, book into one of the fully equipped caravans on site, complete with a side log cabin as an alternative to a side tent.

The campsites, some with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, each have electrical outlets and water taps are available on most sites, with modern well-appointed ablution facilities with hot and cold water at all times.

A modern laundromat with coin-operated washing and ironing facilities is also offered. A well-situated games room with TV games, snooker and pool tables, table tennis and a covered area for TV viewing, as well as a jungle gym and trampoline for the little ones, will ensure that the kids are never bored.

Other recreational activities include deep sea fishing, walks through various ecosystems, namely estuarine, dune scrub, dune forest, coastal riverine and coastal forest. Because of this diversity of trails, a tremendous variety of bird species will more than satisfy the keen birder.
